As a natural consequence of our successful hyper-growth, we are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to oversee our Spanish organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. Reporting to the Spanish Managing Director, you’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader. If you also have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics, we’d like to meet you!

The goal of the Director of Operations position is to secure the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth.

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set and deliver on comprehensive goals and KPIs for performance and growth
• Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of operation executives (installation, coordination, service & support, operation services)
• Develop the company’s internal e2e flow and processes
• Build high performing teams and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Who are you?

To be successful in this role you can work with all types of people. You have several years of experience from leading positions, and you have been involved in blue-collar operations before. You have excellent leadership skills and experience in various fields such as operations and human resources. You are an excellent communicator and you have natural people skills as you oversee several departments throughout the organization.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a leader of day-to-day operations
• Understanding of business functions and blue-collar operations in particular
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills (Spanish & English)
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
